IDTAG is a secure OAuth 2.1 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) identity platform that provides:

  • OAuth 2.1 authentication services
  • WebAuthn passkey authentication
  • Secure identity management
  • Third-party application authorization

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using OAuth providers (such as Google) or by registering a WebAuthn passkey with your phone number.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your OAuth account
  • Safeguarding your registered passkeys and devices
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDTag SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
